Policy Restrictions

• All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Any refused or non deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount of the products. The original shipping is non refundable.
• The refund will only be issued to the original paying customer. We do not keep any credit card information on file, you will need to call in to give us that information at the time of refund.
• If you paid for your order with a check or money order we will issue a refund in the form of a company check, within 30 days upon receiving the returned product containers and unused product.
• Returned items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
